MY EXPIERENCE AT WRITE ON SPORTS

WRITING IS BORING AT TIMES.  FOR EXAMPLE AT SCHOOL. IT IS SO BORING BECAUSE WE JUST SIT THERE AT WRITE. SOMETIMES WE DON'T WRITE ABOUT WHAT WE WANT TO WRITE. WRITE ON SPORTS WAS AN OKAY CAMP. I FELT LIKE IT WAISTED MY SUMMER FOR 2 WEEKS. OVERALL IT WAS FUN. :)(

Organized Game Time

Today we played sort of Duck, Duck, Goose. It was pretty fun but at the same time gross because we had to touch other people's wrists. Then we played Blog. Everybody thought we were about to go back University Hall and blog on the MACS. We were all upset. But then Mrs. Holloman said it was a game. We were all like " OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH." Organized Game Time was fun and hot.

A very rainy Jackal Game

Today write in sports went to the New Jersey Jackal Game. When we got there about five minutes later it started to rain. Mr. Andy gave us two ponchos.  Write on Sports students were able to get a free small soda, chips, and a nice steamy hot dog. It was so scrumptious.

We interviewed the manager of the coach. He said that the rookies should give respect to the Veterans and  the Veterans should not act like they are the best. Maybe the Jackals will play when the rain is over. We got soaked. The Jackals is placed fourth out of six teams. Today they need to beat the SkyHawks. Lets go SkyHawks.

New York Red Bulls

Today Write on Sports interviewed some major people that participated in the New York Red Bulls. Last year the New York Red Bulls were last place in the league. This year they are behind Columbus Crew with two points and fighting for first place. There were rumors about the player Thierry Henry from FC Barcelona, that he may be coming the the New York Red Bulls. He is a great player and possibly make the team better with his experience in Spain.

Two women named  Christina and Kate are communications and community relations people. They really help the team. We also spoke to the Assistant Coach of the New York Red Bulls. His name was Richard Williams. Write on Sports asked him who did he want to win the World Cup between Holland or Spain. He said Spain.

Next we spoke to Luke Sassano. He was playing all different sports when he was young. When at the age of twelve he wanted to be a professional soccer player. We also asked him who did he want to win the World Cup.  As the same answer he said Spain too. I guess Spain is in favor of winning the  World Cup. He loves soccer. And finally we spoke to Danleigh Borman. He was born in South Africa. He played soccer and cricket while he was growing up. But he knew he wanted to play soccer for his career. Mr. Borman thinks the hardest and the best team they face was definitely without no doubt Fc Barcelona. He also wanted Spain to win the World Cup.

It was fun and interesting interviewing some people from the New York Red Bulls. I thank Write on Sports for giving me this experience.
